I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach and AfN certified Nutrition Coach.

I offer face-to-face and small group PT sessions in the North/East London area, online coaching and remote programming.

One of my main interests is improving fitness for health and wellbeing at all levels in life. This might be fat loss, muscle gain, strength, conditioning, or just working out for fun.

With a background in competitive athletics, I’m also passionate about improving strength and conditioning in everyday athletes to support their sports specific training through the year or leading up to a specific event.
